Typography - Illustration - Art Direction
The brief was to create a piece of artwork that could be used for the branding of a new red wine range. The idea was to treat the bottle as a canvas for the artwork, so I approached this project with an artistic mindset (instead of a designer’s mindset).
I took inspiration from the atmosphere of division that we were living in at the time. Things like Brexit, The American political culture, The Black Lives Matter protest etc. It was this cultural atmosphere that inspired the words and the final designs of this project.
